While I like the graphic design of the right, the left's imagery connects more to the story...and I'm adding yours and hers to my list! Thank you, Ann!
so excited i made it to the newsletter‼️what a great night that was….still thinking about some of the moments , AND that cheese tower that cindy brought—— love you and enjoyed reading this —— and like the blue cover best💜❌⭕️❌⭕️❌⭕️
Great newsletter! Re: cover, I think paperback more successful, but if that is Annabelle on the hardcover, that gets my vote!
Not Annabelle! It’s a beautiful cover though.
I propose joint Red Thread events with you and Jennifer!
I’m starting to think I should hire you!
Love the shout out to Millions of Cats and all your other news!

Thank you!
I loved that movie! Also the pink cover on the book is very 2024 or so I am told.
It was so good!
We’ll, the book came out in 2010, so it was ahead of its time!
Hi Ann: I like the blue background and the picture of your daughter. It tells it as it is.
Joan
I like the blue too. But I love all things blue! That’s not my daughter, but many people thought so.
Congratulations on the Knitting Circle film -- loved the book -- very exciting!
Any casting ideas?
Maybe scout the casts of the knitting , sewing, and quilting shows of the Create TV PBS channel.
Not to mention the guests.
Ryan Gosling is apparently a knitter as well. And Meryl Streep.
Hmmm. Julia Roberts knits. She could be Mary (Amanda Seyfried also knits). And Marianne as Alice!
I’m still thinking about this and I feel like Isabella Rossellini would be a great knitting teacher in the film.
Actually maybe Sandra Oh…
Blue (hardback) cover looks more intriguing, paperback looks cozier :-) Both should be effective!
Those little paws under the door!!!
Too cute!
Congratulations on The Knitting Circle! I’m a fellow Rhode Islander. My friend Cathy King is sending me the book. I can’t wait to read it!

I also like the original cover. And I’m impressed with your energy- that’s a lot of hosting/cooking. All so upbeat. Wonderful.
I would bet good money that your red thread leads to a red quilt made of separate red tapestries of different red shades.
